About the author

Richard Haycock has studied personal well-being for the entirety of his adult life. It has been a never ceasing intrigue within his mind.

Accordingly, he has written his first book covering many aspects of life. Here he has put together a direct and useable education anybody can use to enhance their emotional state regardless of any emotional pain or trauma they may be experiencing.

Richard continues to seek embodiment of this work as he discovered early on that there is no end to growth within self.
